Asian Villas follows a philosophy of providing customers with exclusive holiday villas and other luxury properties in Asia, geared towards independently-minded people who don't have time (or reliable in-country contacts) to do their own research. As a general rule, our luxury accommodation is deliberately located in quiet out-of-town places but still within striking distance of local shopping and entertainment facilities. Before you embark on your chosen trips, we can provide information on local activities; areas of natural beauty and interest; suggested routes to follow and a good local map along with all essential documentation. Rayavadee Luxury Pavilion Villas

Rayavadee, meaning “Land of a Princess”, is located on the stunningly beautiful Phranang Cape which juts out into the crystal clear waters of the Andaman sea. Accessible only by a short boat ride, this lush tropical paradise boasts 3 of the worlds most scenic beaches. Rai Talay Beach, (the original Thai name now abbreviated to Railay Beach), straddles the east and west shore line of the peninsular. Railay West in recent times has also become known as “Sunset Beach” and enjoys the best vantage point to view the kaleidoscope of colours as the sun sinks over the distant horizon. On the south west tip of the headland the world famous Phranang beach provides the ultimate experience with its fine white sand and breath taking panoramic views out to sea. The rainforest vegetation backdrop still inhabited by local animal species and exotic birdlife complete this exceptional natural paradise.


Accommodation Overview

South east of Phuket in the province of Krabi. the Rayavadee luxury pavilion villas are set within this spectacular Marine National Park environment, with 100 deluxe properties available in 7 design styles and sizes to choose from, all positioned discreetly among 20 acres of a mature coconut plantation, with a large, shaped swimming pool located alongside Railay Beach West in easy reach of all.

The award winning architecture of the bell top pavilion villas and tropical landscaping provide the tranquil atmosphere of a Southern Thai Village environment that stimulates the senses, whilst the interior decoration commands all the luxury and comforts international guests could desire.

During the construction of Rayavadee special care was taken to preserve the environment. One notable factor was that no trees were cut during the building process. The project has since won several awards in recognition of its quality and environmental value, including the “Royal Gold Medal for Environmentally-Conscious Architectural Development” from The Association of Siamese Architects.

 


Accommodation Details

Garden Pavilion (one bedroom)
Ground floor lounge, television, telephone (IDD), private balcony, first floor bedroom (one king size or two queen-size beds) with en-suite bathroom with large two person bathtub and separate shower.

Deluxe Pavilion (one bedroom)
The same designs as a Garden Pavilion with additional outside umbrella-shaded table and chairs with pool, cliff and Partial Sea views. Located in a prime position near the swimming pool.

Spa Pavilion (one bedroom)
Spa Pavilions have an additional private garden equipped with an out-door Jacuzzi, umbrella shaded dining table and BBQ Terrace. These Spa Pavilions are located in both the Railay and Phranang areas.

Hydro Pool Pavilion (one bedroom)
Located in the Phranang area, these Pavilions have an outside fresh water 4.5 x 2.5 meter, hydro-pool situated in a landscaped enclosed garden with umbrella shaded dining table and BBQ Terrace.

Deluxe Family Pavilion (two bedrooms)
Same as a Garden Pavilion with an additional ground floor bedroom with Hollywood Twin bed along with en-suite bathroom.

HydroPool FamilyPavilion (two bedrooms)
As a Two bedroom Pavilion and located in the Phranang area, these Pavilions have an outside, fresh water, oval shaped 5.5 x 2.5 meter hydro-pool situated in a landscaped enclosed garden with BBQ Terrace.

Rai Talay Villa (two bedrooms)
Located on a spectacular secluded corner of Railay Beach with full sea views of the Bay and is just meters from the beach and luxurious swimming pool.

Rayavadee Villa (two bedrooms)
A luxury Villa on one level, located overlooking Phranang Beach, featuring a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, private poolside dining room, with sea view Sala and Terrace.

Premier Villas (three bedrooms)
These are private luxury Villas, located on the world famous Phranang Beach and are available for rent when not occupied by the owners. Each Villas has a master bedroom-suite and 2 guest bedroom-suites featuring a common living quarter and private dinning room. The Jacuzzi is positioned to enjoy the sea view.

Restaurants & Lounges

Rayavadee restaurants and lounges offer a comfortable atmosphere and magnificent views of the beautiful and unspoiled natural setting.

Enjoy tasty Thai cuisine in the elegant, yet informal Raya Dining Room and Terrace, offering both indoor and open-air settings. Mouth watering seafood and traditional Thai dishes are served poolside at Krua Phra-Nang, with breathtaking sea views as an added treat. Feast your eyes on beautiful ocean views and your tastes on delicious International cuisine in the casual atmosphere of Andaman Grotto. For a lighter meal, stop by the Raitalay Bistro, offering International cuisine, alongside the pool.

 


Leisure Options

Guests who enjoy marine activities are spoilt for choice with canoeing, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, wind surfing and fishing all available or there is the option of joining an excursion to explore the many beautiful small islands dotted around the coastline. In particular Phi Phi island with its combination of powdery white sands, brilliant waters and soaring lime stone cliffs make it one of the most beautiful islands in Asia. For those wanting to do their own thing in style private boat charter is also available.

Otherwise guests can reef walk, mountain trek or just relax within the boundaries of the estate where they can enjoy the beachfront swimming pool, or the tennis and squash courts. Additionally there is a Gym, Snooker and Table Tennis Tables plus a Petanque pitch. For those wanting to really relax the Varee Thai Spa offers a full range of treatments administered by professionally trained staff.

A trip “down town” will allow a glimpse into Thai life in Krabi with its own market. where the local farmers and fishermen jostle to sell their produce; for golfers in the party you may also want to find time to play a scenic round at Krabi golf course.
