Asian Villas follows a philosophy of providing customers with exclusive holiday villas and other luxury properties in Asia, geared towards independently-minded people who don't have time (or reliable in-country contacts) to do their own research. As a general rule, our luxury accommodation is deliberately located in quiet out-of-town places but still within striking distance of local shopping and entertainment facilities. Before you embark on your chosen trips, we can provide information on local activities; areas of natural beauty and interest; suggested routes to follow and a good local map along with all essential documentation. Ban Taling Ngam Headland Villas overlooking the spectacularly beautiful islands of the Angthong Marine Park, enjoy breathtaking sea-views and sweeping vista’s of the white sandy beach below. The development consists of five private hillside residences nestled amidst lush tropical gardens blessed with arguably the finest sea-views and sunsets in Thailand.
All villas are just a two minutes stroll down to the beach!

Located on the south-west coast of Koh Samui these five, 2 bedroom villas are set amidst four Rai (8,000sq.m.) of tranquil tropical gardens and it is often only the wake of the fishing or ferry boats that disturbs the calm of the day!

The exclusive position that Ban Taling Ngam Headland Villas occupy never fails to delight even the most seasoned travellers; whether guests are looking for a few private moments to themselves; a Honeymoon couple looking for that special romantic place or for a group of family and friends seeking individual privacy then this paradise created by nature will not disappoint.

Each villa (125sq.m.) is made up of two units and enjoys a sundeck area of 70sq.m. One unit comprises a Living / Dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, shower / toilet and a “Loft” relaxing area, ideal for older children to play or sleep. The second unit has two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin with their own en-suite bathrooms and are air-conditioned with wide folding teak and glass doors opening out on to a large balcony with uninterrupted sea views.

Even for large groups travelling together Ban Taling Ngam Headland Villas provide the ability to find peace and space when needed.

All five of the Ban Taling Ngam Headland Villas are fully furnished to the highest standards and include linen and towels.

Facilities
Equipped with cable/satellite TV (BBC, CNN,Discovery, HBO and Star Sports etc.); a VCD/CD player, all intended to allow you to enjoy the kind of entertainment you like while keeping in touch with the ‘real world’ from you ideal vacation retreat.
For guests who don’t want to venture out, Resident staff offer a full “hotel” service including cleaning, laundry and cooking.

Leisure Options
For the more energetic, the facilities at the adjacent five star hotel offer swimming pools and water sports which are all available to Ban Taling Ngam Headland Villas residents. Leisure options include diving, water skiing, tennis or boat hire. The hotel’s fine restaurants and health and beauty facilities are also available.
Shopping trips to Nathon, Samui’s commercial centre take a mere 15 minutes drive . Small restaurants abound in nearby villages or along the beach where you can dine at the water’s edge and experience some of the finest Thai cuisine, all at very reasonable prices.

Location
Ban Taling Ngam headland is on the west side of Samui some 35 minutes drive from the Airport and 15 minutes from the island capital Nathon.
